Have stayed at Eskdale before, great location for our onward journey, hotel is well kept, clean and well presented. All staff friendly wand welcoming especially Az. Enjoyed evening meal, good choice. Breakfast was good but would prefer bigger portions. Will stay again

Stairs to rooms when I opened room door nearly fell due to carpet being up I complained twice and both times they went up and used office stapler to fasten down it still came up

Warm and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble .

Bar closed early, we had been to a fabulous concert and when arriving back to Hotel found it all closed up . Would like to if had a night cap .
