"A perfect location for a country getaway."

The location of Burnt House Farm is perfect. It is down a quiet country lane, you can hear only bird song, yet it is with walking distance of 3 great pubs, all serving decent food and local beer. It is just a few miles from the M5 and 10 miles from Cheddar Gorge, which makes it a great base to explore the county. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and comfortable, the hosts were welcoming and the excellent breakfast was great value for money

Clean and well presented.

The room layout was a bit unconvential with a bed in the 'lounge area, meaning you effectiveky had to pass right by a bed to get from the main bedroom to the toilet and showerroom.

"Mark village"

Lovely position, easy for Burnham or M5. Nice walk to village pubs or store. Carmen and Steve are top hosts, who make a nice breakfast with homemade jam.
