Very friendly staff. Basic but nice room. Odd noises at night (quiet machines), but otherwise very comfortable. Nice in house meal, albeit drinks were initially forgotten. Noticeable friendly staff changing rooms and providing the service to our rooms - they were very smiley, happy and courteous.

The hotel is nicely located and easy to find. Rooms for the price are fairly sized. The pool is small and other recreational facilities are not there. There is nothing specific for the kids

This must be the best value and service in muscat. We tried 2 alternative hotels one time when the hotel was full and returned straight back here. It is the 3rd year we have been vacationing in oman and this is our number 1 choice!

We had a wonderful stay with my mum. The highlight was the friendly staff especially Sarisa at the reception. Amazing human being. Thank you so much for your hospitality and outstanding customer service. Another thing it’s and proximity to the sea. Of course, it is not ideal location in terms of the beach and its cleanliness. But we enjoyed the warm sea in January. The hotel is definitely value for money with authentic and delicious Thai and Indian food.

J’ai moins aimé le petit déjeuner pas assez fourni, l’extérieur de l’hôtel qui est sale La chambre était extrêmement bruyante et des travaux en bas de notre facade d’environ 1h toutes les nuits qui nous empêchait de dormir
