Wonderful accommodation, extremely helpful staff and reception. They helped us with the booking error the travel agency had made and the stay has been super-comfortable so far. I would absolutely recommend them for travelers who look for a very comfortable yet super-affordable stay. Also has a wonderful gym and the pool is amazing too.

I liked there, a nice and quiet place, good behavior and services. I can recommend here . If you want to visit the city it is somehow far so you can take a taxi or rent a car.

Dirty surroundings, dirty floor, slightly dirty room with smoke. Staff forgot to put additional bed despite two reminder

I decided to take a few quiet days on the coast before returning to Saudi Arabia. Very restful. The staff works hard, the chef at Hong Thai is good, and Natty is terrific - she is very helpful, knowledgeable of Muscat, and runs the hotel like a clock.

Amazing hotel and enjoyed our stay. Sarisa and her team are outstanding and ready to help where they can. I look forward to staying there again and recommend it. Thank you.

This hotel is so clean and good near the hotel have a big supermarket and gas station the pool have a nice view and the staff is soo nice and kind (Natty, Sarisa, ashoka)

من در این هتل خیلی راحت بودم و رسپشن هتل خانمهای مهربانی بودند وبه مسافرین احترام زیادی می‌گذاشتند خانم ساریسا وناتی خیلی خوب بودند و امیدوارم که درسفر آینده هتل مرکز SPA غذاهای ایرانی در رستوران سرو نماید داشته باشدNatty and Sarisa thank you for your kindness.
