Runaway Beach Resort by Magical Memories

Very dated unit with lots of little issues that should be fixed. TV units were from the early 90's. Shower heads were moldy, bath tub plugged up and would not drain and it just needed some TLC.

The door was broken and safety lock. Ants came out when I turn on the stove or oven. Chairs had stains and rip. There was a sign on the sofa bed that said broke do not pull out. I have photo of everything and yes they did try to fix the door but we still had to jiggle the handle for it to lock. An the safety lock still was fix. I also recorded the ants and the other damages in the house just in case they said it wasn't so. I feel the charge me a lot for a dump.

Came for thanksgiving weekend and loved it. Unit was clean and spacious enough. Larger kitchen than what I'm used to seeing in timeshares.

The property is located less than 20min. to Walt Disney Theme Parks, 5 min. to Wal Mart, and shopping mall. The beds are comfortable even 2 queen sofa beds. However, internet is not fast enough during my stay. Guest are asked not to low A/C temperature below 75 degree which is too warm to me. Also I was not informed the checking in location in advance. It costs me extra 20min at my arrival. The contact number of the resort is invalid on Cheap Ticket site.

The condo was larger than we expected; two large bedrooms plus a large loft and the garage was converted to a gameroom.

Like stay in home... Very quiet And cleany... We like to go to the parks And save some money with food, this one is a good option

we are a family of 6, so i have to scout for deals. couldn't be more happy w/ this condo! it was huge & homey. when we weren't out doing tourist stuff, we were hanging out at the pools. this condo is close to everything, but at the same time, it doesn't feel like it. if that even makes any sense. ???

Excellent Villas for family trips. Very clean, secure, well equipped. Me and my family liked a lot staying there. We recommend "Runaway Beach Club by Magical Memories" If you travel with a handicap or old person, I suggest calling first to phone number (407)3908200, so they can help you with the room choice. Is important to notice that the lobby of Magical Memories is locate at this address: Magical Memories 2837 N Poinciana Blvd Kissimmee, Florida It is different than Villas location, but it was no a big problem.

The villas are roomy and comfortable, and all rooms were dust-free and linens were clean. HOWEVER, the villas are in serious need of updating and maintenance. TVs are the old boxy ones, but worst of all, the front door did not lock properly and the security latch was completely missing. It was comeletely broken off. The safe door was also missing, so it was useless. The hooks on the wall in the bathroom had been broken off, as well. In addition, the ceiling must be very thin, because we could hear every step taken by the people staying in the villa above us. Woke us up several times. The cleaning fee is outrageous. I feel it is a ploy to jack up the low rate that is initially quoted. For what we paid in the end, we could have stayed at a much nicer place.

After some initial confusion as to where to go to be let in to the gated condo community at our after hours time (7:30 PM) - we were rewarded by the great deal we were going to enjoy for the week. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, family room, washer/dryer, dishwasher. No maid service (We did get charged an additional fee for maid service and damage insurance. It was equal to one day rental. FYI). We had a bottom floor. When the top floor was occupied there was a lot of noise in the master bedroom - you could hear the upper floor talking, walking around - was VERY LOUD - difficult to sleep during those times - luckily for us it was only the first morning and the last night. All in all a Good ground zero for all our adventures.
