"Very hot rooms - no air conditioning"

The room was scorching hot (even though it was fairly cold outside in the evenings). The thermostat showed it was 26.5 degrees. I had a late night arrival and really didn't appreciate arriving to a hot room. After fiddling with the thermostat and realizing it was locked, I asked the front desk to adjust the temperature. They said they could only send a fan up to the room. The fan helped, but it was still very hot and I had trouble sleeping. I emailed the executive lounge to see if there was anything they could do and their suggestion was to open a window. For safety reasons, the windows only open a little bit...and that did not make a difference in the temperature. If the hotel advertises air conditioning as an amenity, it should be ON and they should allow guests to control their room's temperature. I expect much better from Hilton.

"Great location "

Location is central , check in efficient with yummy Choc cookie . The concierge staff Rick is very friendly and helpful with places to eat . Used the paid spa facility as well and was satisfied.
