"Pleasant stay in Shenyang"

We stayed in Shenyang for 2 nights in this hotel and overall it was a nice experience. Front desk staff were nice, attentive and efficient, rooms were clean and modern, in-room service was very good, but the service for breakfast and dinner were a little confusing. Although minor problems happened on the restaurant, staff promptly solved them so that overall the stay was a good one.

"Clean and comfortable"

Hotel is centrally located, although there's not much in the immediate vicinity. It's clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Cookie is amazing as usual. The only complaint is a few of the light bulbs were out.

"Very nice hotel"

I have stayed at the hotel 3 times now and I have been very happy with my stays there. The prices are reasonable, the rooms very modern and kept clean and since I am an american it's nice to have a hotel like this go to and have english speaking staff and feel some of the comforts of home.

This is an "off the beaten track" city not really suitable for the foreign traveler. Very little English is spoken...anywhere...interner connection is extremely poor...internsyion bank services sporadic. Shenyang is not like Hong Kong or Shanghai...places where in these things are available and common place.

"STAY AT DOUBLE TREE BY HILTON, SHENYANG"

Good ambiance. The corridors are quiet and well maintained The staff are friendly and quite helpful. English is bid of a struggle as most of them are fluent only in Chinese, but they have a ready translator on hand to help. The front desk and concierge is helpful. The room is well furnished. Good laundry service. Excellent housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast is good at the restaurant with a variety of dish of your choice. Value for money

"Good service, good location."

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The checkin and checkout process were fast. Besides, the food service is pretty decent. I asked to switched from a smoker's room to a nonsmoking room and their response is very fast.
