Breakfast buffet was generous and good!! the coffee was well brewed though inconsistent in quality depending on the meal. The day meals were also good,

The animators ignored the two kids we had and they had to seek assistance from guest relations desk (true activists those kids!!) to have access to the pool table or the other games available after being given the impression they needed to book. The Italian influence was quite clear but the African kids did not need to feel it!!

The resort has very beautiful grounds and a very huge beachfront space. Getting to the resort can be a hassle since it is situated 6km from Watamu town and part of the road is not tarmacked. The beachfront space is clean and someone is available to assist you in setting up a sunbed and security is well provided. Very spacious and clean rooms. The bed is also comfortable. The meals are delicious though variety is limited. The staffs at the hotel are not very helpful. I requested for hot chocolate for dinner and my request was declined since it is only served for breakfast. The hotel has several other restrictions. I was not allowed to pick snacks served near the main bar since my clothes were wet from swimming and the water would drip on the floor. In addition, in the restaurant we were not allowed by the waiters to sit at tables set for 2 or 6 since we were 4. Apart from that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre et un geste commercial de 20 euros honteux. On a averti le personnel mais jamais venu. Déçu pour cette partie là .

We had a great stay at this facility with my family. We stayed in a sea view room and really loved it. The complementary fruit and soda was a plus. The food was so delicious and child friendly, i had fear when going there coz i thought i would struggle finding food for the child but that was not the case, passion fruit juice was his favorite and evening popcorns. Animation kept us entertained and they were kind to always interpret in English despite majority being Italians which made us feel so included. I would book again and again.

resort molto bello, spiaggia tranquilla, molto bello il fenomeno della bassa marea che permette di camminare fra stelle marine, pesci palla, coralli e pesci pagliaccio. Buffet vario e di qualità sia a colazione che a pranzo e cena. Animazione sempre presente anche se molto discreta. Varie attività serali con spettacoli ed intrattenimento. Personale gentile ed attento. La camera spaziosa, sempre pulita, bagno grande e comodo. Acqua in omaggio tutti i giorni. Il giorno della partenza hanno aperto il buffet per la colazione un'ora prima, per dar modo di fare colazione alle persone che avevano la partenza presto la mattina.
