Jacaranda Beach Resort

The service was excellent and the resort was gorgeous except privacy was suspect. I had the beach house and was lying in bed when I saw staff passing where there were glass doors in the back of my cabin. At one point we made eye contact. Yikes! As a solo female traveler it felt uncomfortable. I also left for breakfast and noted someone came into my room, not to clean, but to take one beach and bath towel which I found odd. Why not wait for the full cleaning session?

Exciting experience with family. Food very good, animation good, beach amazing, room excellent. I was there for one week and had a good time. The weather was not so good, because of wind and some rain.

Safari from 31/12 to 6/1. We had a beautiful safari starting from Nairobi. We visited the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, Taita Hill's, Tzavo West parks. Erick (tel. +254 729 860384) and the driver Joseph accompanied us on this wonderful journey. They were very helpful and made us experience an incredible adventure.

The hotel is everything one could ask for in terms of beauty, rest and relaxation. Honestly the staff make the place special from the hospitality team to the pool and entertainment teams. Thanks Hassanfir the vollyball lesson. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great place with one & storey chalets With nice room space and ensuite washroom, toilet & shower… Great pumped shower with plenty hot water… Staff are friendly and helpful to make stay enjoyable… Entertainment team vary the evening entertainment each day… Buffet is good but not the best. The al a carte menu has good alternatives… Good access to beach & place a clean & tidy… Dining area large with good views of beach/Ocean… They have a weekend party into early morning “Summertime Festival” once a year at this time… A great experience of how the Gen Z like to enjoy/rave… A fabulous week stay at a reasonable price to other similar hotels along the stretch…

Excellent location right next to the beach. Beautiful palm trees. Lamu style high beds. Clean room. Friendly staff. Dull cyclic menu. Would be nice to have a la carte on offer. (Its always lovely for us to have a variety/choice and be served and consequently pay for it as well as appreciate the server. Nothing to write home about. Service and facility felt undistinguished for the price paid and the star rating of the establishment. However not regrettable. I would recommend for families and group vacationers.

The hotel is nice,room in front of sea,not so luxury not so bad,the food was good,but not so much choice,is not a big big resort,but is ok. You can drink coconut in beach,just ask to Gengo,the garden maintenance. The animation was flat,and Mr Patrick of animation, don't say hallo to some people,maybe don't have to do this job in contact with customers. We did excursions with Albero Safari (Carlos +254 791 825669/ Stefano +254 735 888498) They make your experience really nice,they do all for your comfort and they do all possible with your plan, They are serious,friendly and chip. Nice experience.
