Good location to the airport. Especially for a short stay. There is a shopping mall close by.

The rooms ac was locked down by central control. This ment our room was always hot and couldn't be cooled especially after spending the day outside

"Airport Shuttle Bus # Key Point"

Airport shuttle bus is the key point, it's being offered by the hotel, however it needs to be booked in advance, and it goes a few times a day. The hotel itself is "tip-top" and it's competitive, state of the art and definitely Sheraton at it's very best. Member of staff, hotel grounds and faculties were great, an outdoor and indoor pool, both available. Breakfast was good, and everyone tried to exceed expectations.

"I wish I had something nice to say."

The breakfast was OK as well as the room size and bed.

We ordered a burger but it arrived one hour later and it was cold, so we could not eat it, but we were charged. The conditioner was empty for the duration of our stay (3 nights) and not topped up. The staff are not equipped to deal with foreigners. We asked at the front desk how to get to Qingdao and were told the only option was a taxi. It cost us CNY300. We later realized there was a cheaper option because the metro is nearby and cost CNY 30 by taxi to get there and another CNY15 by metro to Qingdao.
