A visit to a brand new Marriott hotel in Qingdao. I checked in with a Club Lounge reservation. The M Club Lounge is the ultimate in hospitality. Staff facilitators there ( Sunny Cheng &Raina li ) were amazing. Total dedication to customers. Well done🫶

Although the hotel slightly aged but overall keep in okay condition. Room is clean and nice facilities, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. One complaint , in winter time the air conditioner cannot catch the temperature you set, the room is a bit hot. If you are doing the choice between Sheraton and Marriott. Go for this one. I try both.

"Looks beautiful but food and soundproofing need improvement."

Have stayed here twice and the rooms are big and nicely furnished. The hotel is relatively new. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The gym is well equipped and is open from 6am to 11pm.

Food ordered from the A La Carte menu in the restaurant was very bad and overpriced. The soundproofing in the rooms is not good enough. Although the hotel is new, some fixtures and fittings are already broken - got a little shock from one of the light switches! The Jiaozhou area is convenient for Qingdao airport (which is very far away from Qingdao city centre) but there's not much of interest in the local area.

Excellent location. Very clean hotel and room., lot of options in breakfast.

They could not switch on the AC. they opened the window of my room when i complained of too much heat .. it was weird for a 5 star hotel, especially when temp outside was - 6 to -8 deg C. Not acceptable.
