"Wonderful option in the heart of Loja!"

Wonderful option right in the middle of Loja...great value for money, really nice comfortable rooms/beds...the breakfast provided was great and the staff were all so kind and professional...

Unfortunately during our stay there was some kind of construction work going on nearby and it was extremely loud during working hours...our room was also right by the housekeeping supplies area and the door to the supply room kept getting slammed shut all morning...!

"Very nice staff, but thin walls, poor breakfast, no hot water (just lukewarm)."

DELICIOUS coffee, but I had to serve myself as the waiter rarely came to my table.

The free breakfast wasn't great. Sliced bananas and canned pineapple, cold croissants, three plátano verdes (fried green plantains), and warm watered-down orange juice. It was INCREDIBLY loud in kitchen, with yelling, music and chopping. I had to wear headphones.

La localización es muy buena, el desayuno agradable. EL personal es muy atento y amable

En la habitación se escuchaba ruido del corredor y de las otras habitaciones. El parqueadero es muy pequeño e incomodo para salir

La ducha con tina fue espectacular. Además, la habitación fue muy cómoda y limpia y el personal del hotel muy atento. El desayuno fue bueno.
