Zamorano Real Hotel

The room was comfortable in line with their star rating. Spacious room but the window shades not dark enough to offset the street lights. The hotel is very close to a church which makes impossible to get a good night sleep because every hour the church bell goes off. The area is busy during the day but very quiet at night. The breakfasts is well below average. Also, hotel has no AC

This hotel maybe was great a while ago but now it is not worth the high rates they charge. A breakfast with only toast and bad coffee. And even so, difficult to get a second cup. Dirty bathrooms and carpets. Bad isolation, you hear the neighbour in his shower and everything that is going on on the whole floor.

Zamorano Real is located in central Loja close to everything, and the facilities are beautifully kept. The best part is the staff who were friendly and welcoming, calling taxis for us, and keeping our luaggage safe for a while after check-out. There was a little street noise around 10-11 but all quieted down after that- the beds and pillows are wonderful, and we slept well. Breakfast was good.

Todo estuvo muy bien! estaban haciendo algunos arreglos, entonces, en algún momento hubo mucho ruido... pero de resto muy bien!

Great hotel only disappointment was the dirty carpet

Hotel Zamorano in Loja is very poor value for the price. The Wi-Fi worked only intermittently, and was painfully slow when it did work. For one night and one morning, we lacked hot water. The manager said nothing could be done for either issue. Our room was rather small and dark. The headboard on the bed was loose, as was our door. This resulted in lots of rattling during the night. The walls were thin enough to hear conversations in the next room. Even the tub didn't drain properly; by the end of your shower you would be in ankle-deep water. Breakfast was also sub-par. None of these issues would be a deal-breaker on its own, but for $USD 93 / night, one expects a much better experience. This is a run-down hotel masquerading as a good one.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, limpieza, y atención amable. Se podría mejorar el desayuno.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpieza y servicio de primera, el restaurante tiene excelente platos muy bien preparados. El único detalle fue la poca atención por parte del los botones y podrían mejorar el desayuno

The hotel is confortable and quite new. The rooms and the service is nice; however we had a problem with the access: the roads were broken due to cable and pipes instalation all around the hotel. We had to walk two blocks pulling our luggage and park our car six blocks away, that was disgusting because we weren't tell in advance.
