Todo excelente como siempre. La atención del personal es para destacar en forma super especial. Mi nieto se enfermo y tuve un apoyo total del personal. Me sentí como si estuviera en casa. La moza de la noche es un amor.

"No es un hotel amigable al huesped"

1...la confirmacion de mi reserva fue dura, con amenazas a que me ocurriria si no cumplia lo pactado, ni una palabra de agradecimiento o bienvenida, que produjo mi queja y posteriores disculpas 2...La ducha de piso resbaladizo estando mojado, sin alfombra...solo un par de toallones y una toalla de mano. 3...Booking me informo ¨el alojamiento puede cargar un depósito en la tarjeta que usaste para reservar*...me cargaron a la reserva el monto total en la tarjeta aun estando en periodo de cancelacion gratis 4...Desayuno pobre y sin indicaciones de donde estaban las cosas...personal ausente 5...TV sin indicaciones de como utilizarlo...tuve que llamar a maestranza para explicarlo
