"Good enough stay, few things lacking"

Central location, visiting utilita arena

Told room was ready on arriving at 1pm, then asked to pay for early check in? Never asked that before. Left luggage. Pillows poor and hair in shower

"Not worth the money"

- Fantastic location at the heart of Birmingham. - Well sound-proofed, despite being on the main nightlife street, we didn't hear anything. - Lovely staff.

- Breakfast choice was poor and repetitive, next to zero vegetarian options. - The entrance area smelt of human faeces, no other way to describe it. - Would have received a better review at a more reasonable price point, but honestly ridiculously overpriced for a hotel this old, tired, and poorly cleaned.

"Good location for the Utilita arena and a one night stay."

Good location for the Utilita Arena.

Breakfast was OK but not great. Only choice for eggs was scrambled and they were rather bland and uninteresting.
