My first visit to Birmingham and I was not disappointed. From the moment we walked into reception, the whole experience at the Hampton by Hilton on Broad Street was excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a our stay. Breakfast was another highlight plenty of choice, fresh, and really well organised. The location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to the Utilita Arena and surrounded by some brilliant restaurants, which made the trip even easier and more enjoyable. We were so impressed that we’ve already rebooked for later in the year.

Central location, on site parking, clean rooms, good wifi, good quality breakfast with lots of options

Good breakfast buffet selection, location near the canal and arena , easy 15 minute walk to the station. Comfortable clean room.

As others have said there is a nightclub next door. We were on floor 7 and at the front of the building overlooking the road, could hear it on a Friday night but not enough to keep us awake.

In the area we needed for theatre and had a car park do our car was in a safe space

All was as expected

Very convenient to the surrounding area, walking distance to the canals and the bullring or tram outside hotel.

A little noisy on a Saturday night (but to be expected given its location being so central!)
