"Good value for money, easy access to hotel in Birmingham. Staff very helpful. Please upgrade beds."

Excellent position in Birmingham for visiting the Theatres & venues.

The room on the 16th floor was good, however the mattress / bed was in very poor condition - very uncomfortable. We spoke to another customer on the same floor who expressed the same comments. Basically the beds / mattresses require updating.

The location was brilliant only a 20 min walk to the NIA the staff were great and friendly breakfast was fantastic bed was comfortable and room was very clean it was great to have on site carpark

Only down side to room you can hear the nightclub below us
