Excellent staff, comfortable beds, brilliant shower

We booked one Deluxe and one Classic room, we received two Classic rooms. We brought this up at reception, but they assured us we in fact had two Deluxe rooms. On our return, and checking the website, we were in two Classics. Underhand tactics!
