The rooms are nice and neat

There was no water in the rooms and the hotel didn’t offer any help.. furthermore, breakfast is disaster. The food is no longer nice and we have to fight for food with other patrons. I have observed this a number of times..

I’ve been here here 6 times now and it just keeps getting better. This time I was upgraded to a luxury suite for no extra charge, and it was incredibly comfortable. The whole place is extremely well thought out and the management are doing a fantastic job. Stars of the whole show are without a doubt the staff, super friendly and great fun to talk to, everyone has a genuine smile and they are all eager to help as much as they can. I will continue to come here as often as I can.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The place is beautiful, very well run with superb staff. For me, the personal interaction with all members of staff has been exceptional, not one unhappy face, everyone very genuine and super friendly.

I struggled to use the WiFi, but everyone else managed ok so I think that was me being daft!
