Handy location close to shops & hospital which was the purpose of our visit.

Wifi non existent & 5G network not good at times. May have been we were furthest rooms from reception area. Dodgy door lock made it difficult to get in room & to get key out.

Location. Easy walk to shops, train and bus. Room size is good and the undercover parking is secure. This was once a 5 star hotel which has changed its character through lack of updating and maintenance. There is a pool beside a busy highway and an indoor gym. Hot water is excellent. They supply a washer which I like. They should supply more toiletries, as one tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 nights and two people is not enough.

Old, tired decor and facilities, worn and stained carpet, bathroom extremely old and TV outdated. Broken tiles badly repaired. This was our 4th stay this year. We continue to book in as the location is perfect and our car is in a garage. We have not stayed in the same room twice and this time the room (108) was right next to the lift shafts even though I had requested a quiet room. We could hear the lift coming and going. We are still concerned with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The grout needs some bleach and the walls need scrubbing. There is builtup stuff around shower doors. Wall under the sink where there is a bit in grey with dirt. The carpet needs replacing badly. They have replaced the hall carpet. Perhaps this should have been extended into the rooms. The microwave when turned on smelt bad and obviously had not been cleaned. Fridge was clean. The worst part is the bathroom exhaust fan which runs 24/7 and is so noisey. Every room we have been in has this issue. I wish this could be turned off. There is enough noise in hotels to keep people awake without this constant noise from the motor running. I realise the windows are sealed shut which means air is sucked under the room door causing draught. Perhaps if windows could be opened then it would only need the exhaust fan running when the bathroom was occupied. The hotel would save on power. Please update the TV's. There is no mirror in the room. I have no problem with the amenities or atmosphere, just a good scrub, dust and an update from the fitout that was done in the 1980's

Good location and parking (extra payment), good room size. Coffee plunger and big cups were provided. Potted plants gave good impression.

Bathroom handbasin had very big, old crack in it which may be unsanitary, it really should have been fixed years ago. Very substandard.

Great sized room, very comfortable bed, very clean. Mini kitchen facilities. Well suited to our needs. Close by the hospital where we will have regular appointments so we will be back.

I can't fault the property at all!
