The hotel is simply magnificent, just a few steps from the Sunnegga lift. The spa is five-star, especially thanks to its outdoor pools. The rooms are fully renovated, and the ski room is perfect, with super modern lockers. I can’t forget the pianist and the Italian bartender—both incredibly kind and highly professional. Just one small remark: some staff members seemed a bit bothered when asked for something, but this did not affect our stay at all. It was wonderful. I 100% recommend this hotel.
