The staff were helpful, polite and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The views, oh mind, please opt for rooms with the full view of the Matterhorn. It will be worth it!

Romantic and luxurious. Great location. Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Nice bathroom amenities. We were in the Altiana suites. Fabulous apartment with view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Luxurious spa with many options. Staff were great. Taxi service from/to hotel from taxi stand. Big, comfy bed. Robes and slippers.

The location! We walked everywhere. The hotel was in a great location. Close to the main streets but along the river so our night sound was the lively rush of falling water, not voices or noises. The room was comfortable and wow! What a view. We enjoyed the pool very much as well as the rest of the spa facilities. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
