Smiles Beach Hotel

De accomodatie op zich was prachtig. De aparte kleine gebouwen die elks 4 kamers schuilde is keileuk. Het geeft een enorme gevoel van ruimte. Elke kamer heeft een balkon aan de voordeur, wat het gevoel geeft dat je op een appartement zit.

Ik heb aan mijn voet mezelf op de laatste dag ernstig verwond aan het zwembad. Was het een onhandigheid van mij, of liggen de roosters toch net iets te los? Ik ben door de rooster van de goot aan het zwembad gezakt. Ik weet niet zeker of die rooster er niet goed op lag, of ik door mijn onvoorzichtigheid erdoor ben gezakt, maar dit is toch een punt om op te letten.

Hotel was in a great location, right opposite the beach and you get to see the view from your room. Housekeeping, restaurant, and reception staff were extremely friendly, loved the hospitality throughtout.

- posto adatto a chi cerca tranquillità, sia per come gestiscono la struttura sia per la posizione - struttura molto bella e curata, piccola e raccolta ma con tutto - spiaggetta privata al riparo dal caos di Nungwi e proprio al limite della parte di spiaggia più “struttura “, quindi con una breve passeggiata si vede anche una parte un po’ più libera di Zanzibar - mangiato bene - flessibili con orari e servizi (per esempio abbiamo chiesto di spostare un pasto che era incluso da cena a pranzo visto che pioveva)

Posizione su mare e spiaggia ottima. Purtroppo le maree rendevano complicato fare il bagno.

Docce con poca acqua, a volte niente del tutto. Problemi tecnici ci hanno detto.

Location più carina della zona… queste casette coloniali sono una gemma Staff gentilissimo Letto particolare ma ok

Probably the worst hotel ever, from the shower to the food. I booked a King suite for 715 dollars in all honesty it was not value for money in the morning the was no water, the internet is awful and the food is low quality cheap products. I complained from the first day until I left. I will never ever recommend the hotel to anyone I wonder how it’s even rated 4 star that thing should be a hostel. We ate chicken which was half cooked I had to call the chef so she can eat it herself. The stuff are very warm and welcoming especially the manager he tried his best to make it comfortable for us unfortunately the hotel just sucks the Funiture is old, the towels are worn out, they don’t provide lotion, shampoo or fresh linen. That hotel sucks I give it 1/10. On our second day the was a horrendous smell of dead animal I felt like I was in the villages instead of an island.
