Holiday Inn Express Dunstable by IHG

On arrival after confirming the price and method of payment several days before I was informed that the rate had gone up almost £70 and when questioned as I had a confirmation email the shift manager argued with us then finally honoured the price quoted and then said she was going to make the woman who confirmed details pay the difference very rude

There were 2 teenager believed to be from the local area causing trouble at the door, 2 staff were professional and kept calm. Well done.

Very comfortable bed, clean, modern, loads of parking space and friendly staff. Could do with a light above the desks to make working easier on a laptop, quite dim. USB charge points by the bed as well as the plug. Should be an easy upgrade. Otherwise, great stay and thoroughly recommend.

Really pleased when we arrived at how modern and clean it was compared to some others in the same price range. polite and friendly staff. Will definitely staff again xx

Travelled for a family party. Stayed for 1 night Was a good stay..Great service

The staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly. The room was located opposite the lifts so was very noisy throughout the night with people coming and going. The room was clean but the accessible shower room was grubby with limescale marks around the taps and the disability aids were dusty. We ate in the bar and it was the worst meal I have had. The burger was dry and tasted like it came from the frozen section of a local convenience shop. Not worth the £13.50 it cost.

Good hotel with great customer services. Michael on reception could not do enough to ensure we had a good stay. All staff that we dealt with were fantastic!

The breakfast was below average. Flavourless bacon and sausages with nearly any meat content!

The hotel were fantastic I ended up here as we were driving home and my partner ended up in hospital. There was a mix up with the booking for my second night and the lovely receptionist managed to sort it all so that I could stay a second night and not even have to move room. The breakfast service on the second morning was not so great (22.10.21) two members of staff one in uniform and one not were loudly gossiping for everyone to hear about who was good at their job and who wasn’t and made me feel rude for asking for more cutlery. Not what I would expect at a hotel like this. Apart from that a great comfortable place to stay when away from home.
