Holiday Inn Express Dunstable by IHG

Excellent services but need to do something with breakfast.

A lovely clean new hotel. A lovely place to stay.

Room was clean, check in was friendly. Feel COVID safe, very much so. Worth mentioning as even though many rules are relaxed I felt safe here. Very much so. I would come back. However, as much as I liked the room and parking etc. Don’t eat here. Reheated meals that are dried out. Not worth the money. Very disappointing. Luton not far away to get a meal. So I would stay again, but would not eat an evening meal. Breakfast normal. Coffee was good!

After travelling around staying at different hotels that weren’t so good we had a lovely welcome and found we had a lovely room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good food in the restaurant and well priced but drinks expensive. Only downside was workmen from wicks staying and drinking in the lounge area that were very loud and swearing, we left the area due to us having a child with us.

Standard no thrills hotel. Issue at check in as they claimed our booking was for two singles not a double, after a long journey and having to show multiple emails all stating double, and beginning to search for another hotel we were told they would move us to a double, not sure why it had to be such a big ordeal to be honest.

Friendly staff, nice room and a good breakfast

Clean and tidy. Beds comfy and clean. Good shower with lots of hot water. Breakfast was OK especially considering restrictions. Ample parking. Did exactly what we needed for an overnight stop.

When we checked in the girl working was really friendly and helpful. Later when we went to the bar she went out of her way to make sure our daughters were happy and even made one a hot chocolate which wasn’t even a drink option available.

Lovely clean hotel with very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was vey good included with price. I would stay there again fully recommended
