"Overall fantastic "

Fantastic check in and check out. All staff I had interaction with were first class. Service was spot on. Negative and the only one. Use some drain cleaner in the sinks. It was extremely slow at draining when brushing my teeth and a very bad odour coming from said drain.

"Great staff, noisy room, poor breakfast."

Room 135 has an extractor near it which i had to asked to be tuned off as noisy. it was turned back on at 5am by kitchen staff and all i could smell was food smells. Breakfast was dry and over cooked. The bread buns weren't nice and the meats overdone. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was a smell of 'green' AKA hash in the building which really needs investigating.
