Heating wasn’t working so they moved us was ok then

Great stay at this hotel, brilliant location, well maintained and very clean facilities, highly recommended.

As usual , no issues at all clean comfortable

Not told until check about having to pay a deposit incase the room got damaged, which it didn’t but maybe should say on placing booking

Well thought out mid Covid operation which did not detract from my enjoyment of staying at the hotel. Clean & spacious room, friendly staff and an adequate (non buffet) breakfast.

We were greeted by Nicoletta, who gave us information and advice about the restrictions that are in place. There were plenty of posters to remind visitors about what was necessary and we felt very safe. Our room was very clean, thanks to Mariana, and really comfortable with good amenities. Breakfast was ordered the night before and we were pleasantly surprised in the morning. Everything was good and the sausage bap was hot and tasty. We were very happy with the room and would definitely stay at a Holiday Inn Express again. Thank you.

Quick, easy checkin. Very comfortable room. Air con great in the hot weather. Breakfast very good considering all the restrictions. I would definitely stay again
