Holiday Inn Express Dunstable by IHG

Lovely stay, staff were extremely quick to help with a broken shower and resolved this immediately and cheerily . Room was clean/spacious and breakfast was very good both mornings. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign in our room and our tv only showed a couple of the many channels advertised, most displayed a “no signal” message. However we didn’t report this as it has no bearing on our stay as we weren’t disturbed either morning of need the tv Thanks for a lovely stay

Second stay here would highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. Room was very clean everything was there for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. Considering the is a major road out side we heard no traffic noises

Very clean hotel with a big car park. Big walk in shower.

Overall the hotel was good and the facilities we of a good standard and clean. The only downfall was that I requested a wake up call for 0330 as having to catch a flight. Luckily I set my phone alarm too as I never got the wake up call. I mentioned this to reception when I checked out and they didn’t seem to bothered about their error.

The staff at the hotel were excellent to me and my disabled son who is in a wheelchair Sarah,Amy,Diana Juel,Grace,Kirsty and the rest were so understanding to our needs Very professional and caring This was our 4th stay at the hotel will definitely stay again Thanks
