OYO Hotel Douglas GA US-441

This property should not be open at all. No towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. The electrical in the room was a hazard. Bathtub had dirt in it, floor was dirty. The TV was in black and white with no sound. It was so bad that it should not be on Hotels.com booking, we expect a certain product standard from this website. And at $89.00 a night, which is deceiving, and no one to dispute with or to get a refund from.

The hotel did not disclose the condition of the hotel and all of the storm damage that was present. It was not acceptable and I requested my reservation to be cancelled and my money refunded but the hotel has not responded.

Nothing

We walked in the room and immediately left for a refund, which they gave us. Filthy, roaches…literally crawling on the walls the bed etc. Never EVER go here!!

IS A BAD HOTEL

Bed was terrible, bathroom was dirty, entire property is a wreck. Pretty sketchy.

This place is totally run down. I came and checked in, wnet to my room, which wasnt ready. I ended up staying in another hotel that night.

The bed was clean and also the room. Friendly staff person checking in.

Very run down property overall, in the top 3 in a bad way hotel / motel stays in my 31 years of traveling the state of GA. Door card lock device was broken, no wifi, TV did not work and shower head did not work.

The hotel was in terrible condition and they gave away my room before I got there; it was the last room in the area and I had to sleep in my car. I got a refund. The service was non existent. I had to search for the attendant just to be told he gave away my room hours before.
