Fue muy mal mi estadía ahí , para empezar no tenía chapa la puerta, no había toallas, ni jabón , no tenía nada , solo la cama y un frigobar , no lo recomiendo, se veía muy bien en las fotos pero lo barato salió caro , no volvería a reservar en ese lugar

People passed out in the lobby, smelled like dope. Extremely dangerous place to stay. We cancelled on arrival and found a new hotel to stay at. They are refusing to refund my money at this time. Should not be allowed on Hotels.com.

This was the worst when I booked this room it said that part of my payment was refundable$50 deposit that I would receive back well that's a joke the room had no key they climbed through a hole in the wall next to the air conditioner so Everytime I left I was locked out of my room this was so bad and they charged me almost $90 for one night there weren't any towels in the room no soap no garbage can oh and I haven't received the $50deposit that I paid and now all the sudden I can't find the break down on the payment when I booked with booking.com never again will I use this sight or book this motel!!!!!!

There was no staff available when my employee went to check in or even the next morning. Hotel refused to issue a refund.

It was horrible I couldn’t even stay there they refused to give me money back and I never checked in the room. Do not stay at this hotel it nasty and unsafe

The person in charge simply came out to say I don't have any rooms, call Expidia to get your money back! Bad, bad, bad service Im waiting for my money back
