Absolutely nothing

Trashy, smells bad no care for it

Got to the hotel at 10 pm after getting equipment to help people in Douglas, Ga., after the hurricane. The office was closed. A sign was on the door saying there were no more rooms and the office would open at 10 am. We had no room after traveling 5 hours. We ended up sleeping on the floor of the church with no blanket. I’ll never stay at OYO. We had a reservation, but no one called to say you’d sold our room.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I drive three hours to get there and when I arrive a rude lady told me they had no rooms. I told her I already made a reservation and that I drive 3 hours and she handed me a bottle of spray for bedbugs and said that’s the only room she had and if I wanted to sleep there I can spayed my self. I was shocked on how terrible this place is. Ended up sleeping in my car because they couldn’t accommodate me in any other hotel. Terrible location, awful service, street people everywhere. Bed bugs. This hotel shouldn’t even be available for people to book through booking.Com . Shame on you guys for not verifying the places that you have here for people to book.

I would not let my worst enemies dead dog stay the night at this place! The doors do not shut nor do they lock. There is an infestation of bed bugs and cockroaches. It is disgusting in every possible way. I never met the staff because they refused to come out of there room to speak to me.

Should probably be shut down. I’ve never seen a more dirty or dingy hotel. Don’t stay here. Try any of the hotels in the south part of town. Bugs and filth everywhere.

Due to the damage to the area because of Hurricane Helene, this hotel had no power, phone service etc. but because they had not updated their website, we were still able to book a room for our trip and were never notified of the situation. We were charged for a week we never stayed and we contacted Hotels.com and attempted to contact the hotel and OYO corporate customer service to get a refund but that still hasn’t happened.

Didnt even get to stay.. a hurricane came and i called and asked if they had power and they said sure...guess what..no power and noone is even there to book you in.. this place is a scam...dont book here

We booked a stay due to we were out of power and our 18 month old has health conditions and we need electricity to have his machine charged. We arrived and was advised they had no power and water. Then why is booking rooms available when you know this. Still awaiting our refund

I was told on!one there was power. Internet access but power wasn't on and it said no refunds

Nothing because I couldn't stay
