Sehr guter Service, late check in hat reibungslos sogar noch um 21:30 mit Buchung kurz zuvor funktioniert. Sehr freundlicher Telefonservice. Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und es war sauber und ordentlich. Schöne Lage insgesamt.

Fernseher könnte moderner sein.

Bezüglich Ihrer Nachricht vom 03.03.2026 / Meine Bewertung wg. Aufenthalt am 17/18 Febr. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Schauen Sie sich das Zimmer das Sie uns zur Verfügung gestellt haben an: TV - Defekt Haarföhn - Defekt Kein Duschgell oder Seife Fliesen und Heizkörper im Bad kleben vom Staub Wentilator im Bad - extrem laut - Defekt Für 2 Personen nur 1 Badetuch Überall Schimmelpilze Fussboden extrem dreckig...... Da wir spät Nachts im Hotel angekommen sind bringt eine Reklamation am nächsten Morgen auch nichts mehr. Mit dem Standart können Sie sich im 21 Jahrhundert nicht behaupten... Grüße

Die Mitarbeiter sind so nett und zuvorkommen, ich bin begeistert! Leider sind mir zwei Dummheiten passiert bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt und es wurde nicht nur ein Auge zu gedrückt, mir wurde so ein wohltuendes Gefühl dabei gegeben, dass ich jedem der sich wie zuhause fühlen möchte, dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen kann. Ich bin schon in sehr vielen Hotels unter gekommen aber diese Herzlichkeit hat mich sehr berührt, immer wieder gerne!
