"Katastrophe"

Habe im Hotel 6 Tage übernachtet, Zimmer wurde nicht einmal geputzt. Es waren keine Handtücher da. Die Jalousien waren kaputt und man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Die Zimmer waren dreckig. Wenn man ein Personal erwischt und was fragen eollte, waren diese lieber sm Telefon und liesen den Kunden mindestens 15 Minuten warten, bis man Ihren eingenen Telefonat zu Ende geführt hat. Im totalen sehr schlechtes Personal, Zimmer Katastrophe, keinPutzpersonal etc.
