Worst hotel in the world....never go....smell like rats, beds are small, no a/c, dirty

El personal es súper lento! Nadie te ayuda. Estuvimos hospedados varios colombianos y todos teníamos la misma inconformidad. Son cero profesionales. Para hacer el check in al hotel tardaron una hora y una pareja que conocimos ahí nos comentó que tardaron tres horas. No te dejan ingresar sin antes escanear todas las hojas de tu pasaporte, de hacer registros internos larguísimos y de verificar tu equipaje. No hacen la limpieza en las habitaciones. El penúltimo día de nuestra estancia ni siquiera cambiaron las toallas. Cuando reservamos la habitación del hotel habíamos pedido una cama doble y al llegar nos dieron una habitación con dos camas sencillas. Al principio no le vimos inconveniente, pero al segundo día de estancia, el personal nos dijo que se habían equivocado con nuestra habitación y que debíamos hacer un check out, sacando nuestro equipaje, para volver a ingresar a la habitación correcta (de cama doble) que implicaba hacer el check in de una hora nuevamente. Algo ilógico y absurdo. Tuvimos que discutir con el personal porque no íbamos a levantarnos un día a las 9 am solo para hacer un check out y esperar dos botas, hasta las 11 am para volver a ingresar por un error del hotel. El día que hicimos el check out, tardaron una hora en asignarnos las tarjetas hoteleras. No recomendaría este hotel en lo absoluto

Very disappointed with the check-in. I tried to communicate I needed an airport pick-up didnt happend. Asked several questions before arriving that never got answered.

1. Check-in process - very courteous staff, handled check-in quickly and efficiently. Although check-in is not until after 12 pm, we were accommodated without any issue 2. Room - Junior suite was very spacious, with a comfortable king bed, lots o windows and a balcony, clean and spacious bathroom 3. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff 4.Cooler on every floor 5. Excellent spread of breakfast 6. Airport transfer with courteous drivers 7. Location of hotel is very good - university campus is nearby and the variety of food is wide Help with storing our bags after check-out

I cant believe how you give 3 star for this hotel

Bien ubicado, el servicio, especialmente la recepción muy malo,,, el personal no es bilingüe lo cual dificulta la atencion

청소안되어 있는건 너무했고 처음에 구글맵 아니면 장소 찾기 어려움 기차역에서 한번에 올수 있는 버스들이 있어 좋긴 하고 멀긴 하지만 멀리서나마 크램린을 볼수 있다(눈으로 볼수 있는거지, 거리로는 진짜 멀다)

Went there for the World Cup with my father. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Distance to the city centre is only about. 3 km walk or one stop on the metro. We were happy with our stay especially at a time we’re all other places were extremely overpriced

Gute Lage, nähe Shopping Center und Metro. Gute Heizung.
