Lovely building

No cold water from sink or bath. Hotel messaged saying breakfast was 8 pound if we order day before and 12 on the day then charged us 10.

"Best hotel in Sussex"

Absolutely amazing hotel. It has so much character and charm. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are incredible, very comfortable beds and so much room. Food is exceptional and consistant. Our favourite place and will be returning again & again.

Location is beautiful, outside areas of hotel lovely, staff really helpful and very pleasant, restaurant good

It’s worn out, needs a deep deep clean and complete redecoration and very understaffed. Running on minimum and no one can keep that up

"Great overnight stay for walking"

Room was massive, great big comfy bed. Team was welcoming helpful and friendly. Great outside area for some drinks in the sun. Loads of parking onsite.

Only minor is you can hear a bit of noise from rooms above (creaky floorboards etc)
