Large room, comfy bed, very clean.

Not allowing me to leave my car in the carpark for a couple of hours after check out while I went across to the hospital to say goodbye to a seriously ill family member was pretty heartless and unjustifiable. There were plenty of parking spaces. Sometimes showing your customers a bit of kindness means they return or recommend you. Being rigid about the rules "because you only paid for the parking space until 10 am" does not.

Close your Takapuna City and the event we had been at in Milford.

Quite a lot of street noise, however as the night went on of course it got quieter.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well presented, and the bed was very comfortable. The spa was a great bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Outside the room there were two huge air conditioner units. The noise from this was rather annoying when we were trying to sleep, given that we both do not wear hearing aids while sleeping and therefore are very hard of hearing! My review score would have been higher should our night have been quieter.

The toilet had not been cleaned recently. Not enough milk supplied.

Location excellent close to hospital. I was a late check-in and the staff accommodated me super well, great communication.
