Hotel was clean

2nd day of trip of a 2 day stay there. The pool was closed for maintenance. So no use of main pool. The other pool was tiny and full of wild birds using it as a bath, full of feathers and bird droppings. Didn't want to swim there at all due to health concerns. Breakfast buffet I paid extra for was very disappointing. I checked out on second day and requested a refund for room and 2nd days prepaid breakfast buffet for 2 but they would not issue a refund on either. Bad experience.

No refrigerator, had to walk a few blocks for cool water. No Uber service. Jacuzzi was too hot. Solicitors hanging around the property at all hours pestering guests to purchase tours. Limited restaurant options
