部屋が、狭いのが気になるけど。駅から近く、便利だった。

フロントの方々はたいへん親切でした！

どこに行くにも便利が良かった。

Location, convenient and close to monorail station from Airport.

No gym.

ずっと水が流れる音がしていて、うるさかった。 チェックイン時に隣で同時にチェックインしていた人と、同じエレベーターに乗り、同じフロアで降りたら隣の部屋だった。同時チェックイン時には隣の部屋は避けて欲しい。 料理は美味しかった。

things were not so smooth at first the reception staff doesn't speak english, so, the 2nd day we came across with another reception staff named Taba San (a lady), she used the tab to record and asked us to record, so we managed to understand each other plus she spent like 1.5 hrs to help us to arrange our excursion, the ferry, the bus, everything...she showed her professionalism and patience at all times. really appreciate it. the location of the hotel is 10 out of 10. we stayed in the smoking rooms , such a good relief, we didn't need to go down to smoke, will come back for sure. thank you

could be better if change the bedsheet every 3 days since we stayed there for 7 days

The room with carpet made me allergy of dust.

Adjacent to main shopping and restaurant area made it easy to try local flavors and products. Across the street from monorail station made visiting other parts of the city very convenience. Just a short walk away from main bus terminal where all municipal bus lines are available, in addition to longer distance express buses that connects to various parts of the island outside Naha city. Hotel is very clean and well-managed, all the needs of an average traveler are provided. Staff is courteous and able to answer questions for guests in 8 languages using their translation software. This hotel is a good choice in this price range.
