飯店交通超方便，房間大，早餐豐富好吃

Breakfast lived up to its reputation; definitely the highlight of the stay. Room was decent, clean, fuss-free.

Family member found the extra bed (we were in a triple-sharing room) a little too hard.

房間小小，馬桶還有時會卡住一直流水， 但區域地方很方便，外面就有公車站，國際通頭了鬧區，走幾步路就可以到單軌！

Parking fees were confusing. Room was small and not much facilities.

スタッフの対応が大変気持ちよく、気持ちよく滞在させて頂きました。 また、私は利用する機会がありませんでしたが、朝食バイキングが美味しかったらしく、朝エレベーターでご一緒した方がしきりに褒めておりました(笑)。次の機会があればぜひ利用させて頂きたいと思います。 駐車場が夜23時までしか出入りができないのだけが少しだけ残念でしたが、それを含めて大変良い時間を過ごさせて頂きました。

Good location, not far from monorail station. There was a convenience store on the first floor. Room was spacious. The hotel also has some services for tourists like selling tickets for bus and other.

The breakfast area was dark and background music choice was quite specific.

Impressive and Helpful Staff The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and always eager to assist. We were very impressed with their customer service. While there were times when they needed to use a machine translator to communicate, they never brushed us off and were always patient and willing to help whenever we had questions or issues. Their dedication to making our stay comfortable truly stood out.

Easy access via monorail from airport. Room was clean, staff friendly and located close by shops and restaurants. Coin operated laundry.

Nothing really. The website description indicated view to sea but our room had none.
