503 On Princes Drive Motel

The front of the hotel is overgrown with weeds, the building lools like itnis closed.

Nothing.

Externally the property was very run down and dirty. As no staff were available I didn't get inside. The phone number to contact staff was eventually answered by a message service who claimed no-one was available to assist. After numerous calls I gave up and booked in to an alternative venue. Anecdotally I was warned that the property was the scene of regular fights and police visits and would not be safe. Very disturbed that Booking.com has such a property on their books and I will be reluctant to use this service again.

Looks a bit rough on the outside but was a good room clean and good location

Easy to find

The air-conditioning was not functioning. As the lack of A/C I cold not find additional blankets in the room. Windows glass had cracks in them and the cracks were covered with Gaffa tape which appeared to be very old. Hot water temperature in show was just warm. The room was comfortable.

Close to food outlets

Disgraceful customer service , when asked for a cancelation of booking due to the disgusting room and facility’s they refused and have not refunded any amount of the booking even with there cancelation policies and refuse to acknowledged that they have a booking.com account will happily scam you out of money also phone number linked to website and app isn’t the current owners !

One of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. This place was absolutely filthy and should not be listed as pet friendly, or even as suitable for guests at all. There were rat bait stations inside the room—yes, actual poison left out in a pet-friendly listing. Totally unacceptable and dangerous. The room was dirty from top to bottom: • The shower was disgusting, clearly not cleaned. • The bathroom sink had dirty mugs left in it. • The toilet didn’t flush properly. • The floors were grimy and visibly dirty. • The bed had hair all through it, and the bedding was old, thin, and stained. • The entire room felt neglected and unclean. To make things worse, the noise from the next room went on until 2:30am, making it impossible to get any sleep. The door lock didn’t feel secure at all, which made the stay feel unsafe. And the toiletries were random, unlabelled big bottles of who-knows-what. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. It was a truly uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

Bathroom was clean

Room was very tired and needs some serious renovation and cleaning. New owners still finding their feet as far as customer service goes. Trying to have unmanned office and self service key didn't work. No credit card facility.

Dirty entrance via back. Only 1 sheet. Only 1 towel. Coffee in jar gone hard. No teaspoon. Furniture dirty. Stale milk stain and smell in fridge. No milk. Lamps broken.
