DoubleTree by Hilton Naha

Excellent location to explore Naha. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores within easy walking. Staff is very helpful. The monorail station is directly across the street. Easy monorail ride from the airport. We used to monorail to explore. Very affordable tickets and easy to use. Each station has a public restroom. Close to the cruise port, airport. Staff will write the name of where you want a taxi to take you in Japanese since few drivers can read english or speak english. Even with the location being written in Japanese some drivers got lost. Be sure to ask the driver if they take credit card as many don't. We found that the Uber app didn't work well. Hotel has a great breakfast, but they only are open for breakfast.

I enjoyed the variety of items available. Being located inside of the hotel was fantastic!!!!!

This may be more of a cultural thing but, many of the items were undercooked, like the scrambled eggs and the bacon.

Small rooms, terrible air conditioning, small TV with very little English content. Poor wifi. Install large smart TV where guest can watch Netflix etc.

The atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

The room was a little small, but it was a great value for the price.

It was very welcoming and they had a beautiful breakfast layer out.

The bedroom could be a bit bigger. An the area where the hotel was located I feel like could of been better there wasn’t really a lot of restaurants around

Location great, very close to monorail. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast. Overall good stay.

Nothing really to complain about. Rooma are slightly small but this did not bother us much.
