DoubleTree by Hilton Naha

Very near to train station and Naha bus terminal.

There are beads in the pillows which are uncomfortable in my opinion. Some may like them. However, it was uncomfortable for us. Bed were too soft for our liking. Room was slightly smaller.

Great location right next to the monorail and 10 mins to Naha airport and close enough to the shopping belt. However that was kinda the only redeeming quality. Service staff experience was expected for the tier of hotel it’s advertised as. We had 2 rooms and one didn’t have any water or amenities like toothbrush provided. Rooms are dated and to be honest quite dusty. They don’t seem to dust anything that’s covered. Sound proofing isn’t great so light sleepers be aware. I had difficulty falling asleep with the road noise(sirens/motor racing noises).

Great location. Everything was fine except every single day the breakfast options arev the EXACT same which would get annoying if you're staying >3 days, also the room cleaning was subpar. They didn't replace towels, didn't change dirty cups and they didn't refill the shower gel.

The front desk staff, in particular Sarina, was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as we checked in and settled into our room.

This is an awesome hotel is so many ways but a few things forced me to rate this a three star. The staff at this hotel are incredible. Some of the best you would ever hope to meet. They genuinely care for every guest. Certainly the best out of every Doubletree in the world. It's hard to isolate some people for special recognition but I would have to mention Momoko (Front Desk) and Yohei (Breakfast Room). The housekeeping team are especially great. They are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and very well-equipped. The location is good because the airport monorail stops outside. There are great laundry facilities on the third floor which were very helpful. So why the three stars? This hotel was built in 2012 and the rooms are tired. They are also small. Breakfast has lots of variety but we didnt feel like the quality was as hgood as it could be. The location is good for the monorail but not good for much else. There is a busy road that passes outside that is quite busy. We really wanted to rate this hotel higher based on the service but feel three stars is appropriate based on the age and size of their rooms

Modern and clean hotel with convenient location -- next to Asahibashi metro station, a block from the Naha bus terminal, and easy walk to many eateries, etc. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. Facilities include dining room and small fitness gym, while the rooms are adequately-sized and furnished. However, at least one of the rooms had odd or non-obvious placements of light switches, and also seemed designed for left-handed people.
