Other staff averege in helping Towels were old n smelly yhey charge for daily drinkung water plug points were loose n not kept in user friendly places and Vit a staffer was extremely unhrlpful n rude

The staff was very polite, welcoming and helpful.

One of the room was very noisy, there wasn't any window to stop the noise of the pubs around the hostel.

Nice quiet hotel, very near the night food markets. It was very clean, comfortable bed, great bathroom with plenty of hot water. It had all the amenities that make a hotel room nice, tea and coffee, safe, toiletries, slippers, phone ect. overall a lovely stay for a good price.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Przestronny i czysty pokój. Lokalizacja w centrum, wokół sklepy i restauracje. Smaczne śniadania. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobry hotel. Na pewno będąc w siem reap zatrzymamy się tam powtórnie.

Hałas z uwagi na sąsiedztwo pub Street - wieczorne imprezy. WiFi czasem działało a czasem nie.

Great location. Near all the amenities and the Pub street but slightly away on the side street which helps with the street noise. A nice massage spa right across the road and a good restaurant next door - all very handy. The hotel staff are helpful, breakfasts are great for $5 pp. The room was clean, the Aircon smelled fresh. The value for money was EXCELLENT.
