Staff were great. Even before arriving - Mr. Sokha and the team had everything arranged from pick up to the activities. Convenient location to all things Siem reap has to offer.

L’accueil et la réactivité du staff, l’emplacement, la chambre ( grande chambre, joli balcon et salle de bain confortablement vaste), la piscine ( un havre de paix).

Le manque d’isolation phonique. Mais, le centre ville ( Pub street) étant tout proche, c’est un peu inévitable.

The hotel staff picked us from the airport, had booked their car sevice. Right from picking us up to checking in the service was seamless and awesome!! The staff were courteous and welcoming. They made us feel at home and provided 5 star service. The hotel location was very convenient and the restaurants were walkable distance. The cambodian food was great, Amok is a must try when you visit Cambodia

There is nothing to dislike, please maintain the same service levels.

The hotel and its facilities were very nice overall. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The pool was great for cooling off after a day exploring Angkor Wat. Very close to everything! (Angkor Wat, PubStreet, Night Market, Old Market). The restaurant across the street was very, very cheap and delicious! The area was very safe.

There are generally a lot of insects, but it's not the hotel's problem, it's everywhere, but you get used to it quickly.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was nice. Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Just a few mosquitos in the bedroom.

Staff professionale. Bellissima camera col balcone e tutti i servizi. Colazione abbondante alla carta. E i gattini in piscina adorabili . Attaccato al pub street e al 7eleven
