I had to switch rooms because the first was nearly 80° and uncomfortable. The second room also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues: a broken microwave light, non-working ice maker, a broken lamp, black buildup in the shower, and a noticeable red carpet stain. The following day, I requested bathroom cleaning three times; it took over 8 hours and the manager’s involvement before it was addressed.

The air conditioning in the room was set to 66, but it never got below 72! And when I called the front desk to complain they sent a very nice maintenance man up who adjusted the thermostats (he tried!) but it still never got below 72! Very uncomfortable! Not satiated AT ALL. Terrible night’s sleep for us all.

Room was not cleaned to my standards. A dishwasher was provided in the room but had dirty dishes in it upon our arrival and no dishwashing soap was provided. There was also food on the wall that had not been cleaned as well as m&ms on the floor that had not been vacuumed. We stayed for 2 nights and room service never came to clean the room or provide clean towels. I had to ask 5 times for a pack and play and rollaway bed. The woman who checked us into the hotel was excellent as well as the staff during breakfast. This was a very mediocre stay for the amount it costs to stay here.

I had reserved a room for Saturday, August 23, and PER CANCELLATION POLICY ended up cancelling my reservation because I had to go to work instead of taking a weekend with my husband. I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY BACK. You are supposed to have the ability to cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before check in. This is not the truth. DO NOT book with Hilton. I have since deleted my rewards account. I will stick with Wyndham. NEVER had an issue with any Wyndham property.

AC was broken. Not enough bedding for sofa bed.

Would stay again

Offers a lot for the price, but cleanliness was not up to par. We arrived an hour after check in was given a key and when we entered the hotel room there was staff inside cleaning a trashed room. We had to wait in the lobby while they found us another room with less beds than we paid for. Pull out mattress was stained and flat. We did not have enough towels or rags. And the pool area and hot tub was not cleaned properly. Staff was nice but with no care attitude.

Overall experience was great. I wish I could have rated the cleanliness a 5 star but the pull out sofa had a very strong stench of cats and dogs. I did alert the front desk and she did offer to move my family and I but it was so late I declined. The bathroom also could have been cleaned somewhat better, I could tell it was a rush job becuase I had to go behind the staff and clean the toilet which had feces and the tub. The willingness to help and other overall help of staff made up for it. I did let the front desk know upon check out about the stench and cleanliness of the sofa bed and told them I even tried to clean and febreeze it. Probably should be replaced. Again my family and I had a great experience otherwise and we look forward to coming again. Special shout out to Lamont for assisting with all our needs during our stay.
