The mattress was stained in multiple places . There was hair all over the mattess protector. Although they did move our room, it was bed time and inconvenient. The staff were accommodating but its still dirty and gross that the matress was in that condition.

The reviews i read scared me and I booked anyway. Im very picky and I always stay at Four seasons, Ritz etc. this was a 1 night stay and it was CLEAN. Beds were comfy, service was as expected, breakfast was good and the people working breakfast did it with a smile and great energy. I would ignore the angry people reviews.

"My stay went excellent besides not having the hotel tub my daughter enjoyed her birthday."

I liked the pool and ambience of the hotel.

That it said it had a hot tub but was not active at all one of the main reasons I chose the hotel was because of the hot tub and pool was disappointed about that.
