Location

I wasn’t happy with my stay at this hotel for the second time. Some of staff was not professional at the reception. I was woken up by a call from the front desk at 3:00 a.m., and the receptionist didn’t even apologize. She acted as if calling a guest at 3 a.m. was normal. After that call, I couldn’t fall asleep again. Paying such an expensive price and being disturbed at 3 a.m. is completely unacceptable

"Queen and comfortable but a little disappointing"

It was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t realize that parking was valet and would be an additional charge. The staff members were not particularly warm or friendly. The breakfast was abysmal and not on par with other Homewood suites for sure.
