We needed sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed and the staff was unable to provide them. They had no idea where to look and no one to ask. I had to sleep in my coat!

Great location, super comfy beds and fairly decent working room temperature controls. The elevators were plentiful, quick and quiet. The lobby (3rd floor) is really warm and inviting and quite spacious.

I wish the gal at check in explained the elevator system to access our room on the higher floors. Felt pretty stupid not going up. The breakfast selection was very inconsistent- one morning there wasn't any regular coffee, barely any bread left for toast, and no forks! The next day the area was well stocked.
