Homewood Suites University City Philadelphia

The evening front desk lady was very rude and acted like she would rather be anywhere else, she wouldn’t explain any of the amenities of the hotel and would roll her eyes and sign when you asked. My neighbor also started to play gospel music on the tv, full volume, at 6 in the morning. Safe to say me any my family will never be here again.

The hotel is located on the third floor. The building is very beautiful, and the staff were very kind to us. The cleanliness of the room really impressed me! Everything was very clean, including the corners of the room and bathroom — places that hotels don’t usually clean properly. The breakfast was great as well! Excellent location, and you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies.

It was difficult to understand the parking situation. We had to wait for the valet, and it was confusing to figure out how to check in since the lobby is on the third floor. You also have to pay $45 for parking.

The location

Room was not clean fully they downgraded me from a bigger room because there other one was not ready and no compassion was given ordered more pillows but never came ordered more towel took them over 2 hours to bring up to the room

It was close to where we needed to go. Very quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing! And the views were nice.
