Beautiful place great time with the family and kids

El hotel esta sobre el lago,con un precioso jardin. Buena cochera que es importante en esa ciudad. Hubo un problema con el agua caliente que luego fue solucionado.

No elevator

The grounds were great. The landscaping is spectacular as is the location on the lake. I would also say it was overall a great price for the location and landscaping. We also loved the cafe, we could have eaten at the cafe every time vs the other eating areas in the hotel

First, we used booking.com to make the reservation. We selected "breakfast included". Booking put us for, "On the half board rate included characteristic dinner or pasta with no alcoholic drink.". We didn't notice that until check in. A "half board rate" usually means that it includes breakfast + either lunch or dinner. After much discussion at check-in, they gave us complimentary dinner two nights. They food was basic and not impressive. It was eatable but we would have prefered breakfast. We told them we would prefer breakfast but they refused. Next, the hotel was annoying with their music. It was loud and started as early as 7am some days. Finally, each room opened to a large balcony / walkway with small benches between each room. So people would gather outside the rooms between 9pm - midnight having loud conversations every night.... the curtains didn't block the outside lights completely and the bathrooms needed to be remodeled.

Stunning location and beautiful grounds.

I thought £130 per night was very expensive as room was very basic and could do with a little upgrade. You definitely pay for the location. No hair dryer in the room and when asked at the reception, they said there’s only one for the entire hotel and it was not available. Breakfast was ok. Also walks are very thin, so very noisy.

Good location right on the lake. Away from the road, fumes and car noise. Most rooms only have partial lake views not full lake views. One of our friends had a huge tree Infront of their room ( 204) and they couldnt see the lake at all. Some rooms that are on the left side as you go up the stairs can get a bit noisy because of the passage to the restaurant. But rooms on the right side of the stairs are fine. Rooms were comfortable. No AC ( not needed when we were there.) there was a floor standing fan in each room. No hair dryer. They do provide a bottle of water for guests. Breakfast was not included but it was a buffet breakfast at additional cost at Q55 p/p. The grounds of the hotel is very nice. Lots of sitting area for guests to chill out overlooking the lake. Very relaxing. You can order drinks at different location. Very convinent for guests. In general, it was a good stay. Would come back again if we are in the area. We tried to book boat tour through the hotel and it was quite expensive. In the end, we found a private launcher and he was very reasonable for Q800 for 6 people. He took us to 4 different communities around the lake and waited for us while we walked around etc . We even gave him Q100 at the end for tips.
